The jacket was of fine quality and I loved the color. It fit my shoulders and chest very well. I loved it but the sleeves were short for my arms. As much as I regretted it, I had to return it. The seller was very accommodating and gave me a full refund. I am very pleased with the interaction that I had with them.I ordered this jacket intending to use it as a travel jacket. Although it fit nicely and looked good, I was disappointed in that what appear to be two cargo pockets secured with snaps (found on many flight jackets) are actually not pockets at all. I was told the snapped flaps are merely for decoration. Also, the product description states there is a zippered pocket on each side, but the side pockets are not secured with zippers or anything at all. It is for this reason I had to return the jacket.I will say customer service replied promptly to my questions, and my money was refunded including shipping. I had previously purchased another jacket from this company and was very satisfied.Quality as advertised and it’s a unique original design. Fits perfectly and looks great.Great quality. I have been looking for a leather bomber jacket for a while and, having been disappointed with several I have ordered on line, I was a bit sceptical when I ordered this jacket. Now I am sorry I waited so long to order it.The jacket is a generous fit (as others have said) so don't go for a larger size. The jacket is well made, and the leather is very soft and of excellent quality. The lining is thick enough to keep you warm on cool days but not too thick to limit it's use to winter months only. The leather is waxed giving it a very attractive mottled appearance - the waxing is more for aesthetic effect than as a waterproofing layer (as you get with weatherproofed wax jackets). The sleeves are a good length and there are two poppers on each so you can adjust how tight the cuffs are.Brandslock are also very helpful - just call their listed telephone number and ask for Mr Khan.Overall this is an excellent value for money jacket that I recommend highly.Great service as I picked the wrong size first time - and the replacement coat came quickly and is top class - very pleasedAbsolutely love this jacket, it fits perfect, looks great and the quality for the price is fantastic.
