Awesome set and great value. Definitely is waterproof and insulated. Tons of pockets and zippers. Removable hood. And true to pictures! I’m 5’5, 140lb and got a medium, but could have probably gotten away with a small. The jacket is longer. Definitely recommend if youre not an avid skier/boarder or not in the winter weather much where you don’t need to invest in higher quality brands such as Burton, Spyder, etc.The small Jacket is great. The pants that are supposed to go with it were smaller than expected - we sent back and got medium pants.Colors are fun and vibrant!! The coat does have nice pockets, and the thumb holds if you like those. The jacket tightens at the waist which is nice cause other wise it is a bit baggy. Then coat and pants seem a bit thin and today when I used them it was not a cold day so I am not sure on their warmth on a cold ski day. The pants are really long when walking but with the ski boots they were ok. I am 5’5” tall and 160 lbs. I wear a size 9 in pants and the large fit good. I have large shoulders and a 36 DD chest and did not have any problems zipping up the coat, I still had room for layering. The snap on the pants did come undone quite a few times getting on the lift even though they did not feel snug. I did like that the front pockets on the pants zipped up so I am not worried of my phone falling out.Jacket fit perfect. The pants were a little tight around the thighs. Other then that great purchase.The ski outfit was so bright and colorful…the fit was perfect and I was warm going in the Colorado mountains with weather in the teens and below. For reference, im 5’4”, 125lb, usually a small in most clothing but i sized up to medium knowing I was going to layer. Not mad at all buying this ski outfit!So first off, I hate that everything comes from China! Usually shoddily made too. But who knows, maybe "the Donald" will live up to his promise and bring back USA manufacturing.But that's got nothing to do with this review.....I am blown away by this snow suit and by the company that makes it. I'm a Prime member and I ordered this even tho it wasn't Prime and even though the shipping was scheduled for about a month or more out. As soon as I placed the order I got an email from the company asking for my height and weight to make sure I ordered the right size, well how about that? Really smart idea! They sent me another email thanking me and saying it would ship right away. Well it came today less than a week after I ordered it. It's superbly made, great stitching, pockets and elastic and velcro it perfect handy places. The fit is spot on, I could lose a few or gain a few and it would still fit great. When I unzipped the righthand pocket in the pants it had a cute little chinese Keychain trinket and a note thanking me for my purchase. Now I haven't gotten to try this outfit out yet since I'm in Southern Cali and we have a skiing trip scheduled for late February but I can definitely tell this suit is highly durable and looks pretty waterproof. Oh and it's super cool vibrant colors. I haven't a single complaint and am thoroughly happy with this purchase.Update : So only got to use this once this year but got soooo many compliments on the mountain. Very happy with this purchase and serviceThis was purchased for my daughter- she is 5'8" and 135-140 lbs, lean but muscular build. We ordered a Medium. The jacket is great- my daughter loves it, and it fits true to size. The pants were another story. Super tight through the hips and thighs, and she felt like they would tear just moving around the house, let alone on a snowboard. The product description said free return shipping- which we used and then ordered a Large. These were also a SUPER tight. They fit exactly the same as the Medium. She wanted to keep the jacket, so I contacted the seller (they replied very quickly)- they offered me a credit for the pants, but I would have to send them back to them directly and pay for shipping costs. The jacket was offered as a solo purchase, so I planned to just return the full set to them via Amazon for free and order the jacket, but they suddenly required a seller approval to return (possibly because I had already sent one set back). So we had to pay the $10.40 shipping to send them back. Overall, I am out over $20, because the refund for the pants is also for less than if I could have sent it all back and then reordered just the jacket.In summary, if you are a very narrow build, order a size up and take your chances on the jacket being too big. Otherwise skip the set and buy jacket only.I am normally S/M depends on design of clothes.I ordered M based the provided sizes and it perfectly fit.The seller is very nice and super fast in replying to my emails.It took me almost 2 months to get it but worth it.The pants has too pocket which is vertical instead of on the side and that s perfect as your stuff wont fall of it.The jacket is very light and warm.I’m very impressed with this snow suit! The colours are vibrant and very appealing. The material, stitching, Velcro, and zippers seem to be highly durable and well made. There are many handy pockets throughout the jacket and pants.The jacket and pants both fit great not too tight and not to loose. Both were made of high quality material that’s seems very warm and water proof, they even had all the special gimmicks that expensive high quality gear has!Overall I’m very impressed, very happy with my purchase!
