Product quality: 4 stars - definitely nice leather & kevlar, super cool look. My one complaint is that there's no waist or chest adjustment straps so the chest fits a little too large but the waist is a little too tight. Product fit could be more adjustable. But the quality of the jacket is very nice otherwise.Company experience: 5 stars - I had a sizing issue (below), but the company worked with me quickly and easily to exchange the jacket.Product advertisement: 2 stars - I ordered a 42" bc I tend to have a waist size of around 34-36 and this size is currently advertised as "(Waist 36'-38')". There wasn't a prayer of zipping up at that size when I received the jacket. So I exchanged it for a 46. But the 46, currently advertised as "(Waist 40'-42')" barely fits my waist. The chest is verging on too big, so I'm going to try and do some alterations to make it work. I mention all this to say that you'll want to be careful what size you order bc it runs a little tight in the waist compared to the chest and there aren't any built in alteration straps or the like.
